# TikTok Shop

TikTok is a video-sharing social media platform. You can use the integration function with TikTok Shop to sync your product deduction to TikTok Shop. **Please note that the system will only sync product stock for**:

* **Stock changes from the Shoppego platform**
* **Stock changes through purchases on the Shoppego platform**
* **Stock changes through purchases on the TikTok Shop platform**
* **Stock changes through the cancel/refund process on the TikTok Shop platform**

The stock coordination function between the Shoppego and TikTok Shop platforms will also be based on the SKU designation on the product/product variants themselves.

## TikTok Shop account registration

If you don't have a TikTok Shop account yet, you can register via this link first: <https://seller-my.tiktok.com/account/register>

## Product Format For TikTok Shop

Once you log in to your TikTok Shop account dashboard, you can add your products to TikTok Shop as usual.

You need to make sure each of your variants has a unique SKU for the sync process with your Shoppego store later.

## Product Format For Shoppego

You need to make sure that each of your products on Shoppego that you want to synchronize stock with the TikTok Shop platform has the same SKU as the products on your TikTok Shop.

To set SKUs on the Shoppego platform, you can go to the section:

1. Log in to your Shoppego account

2. Click on **Products**

3. Click on the product you want to adjust the stock for or you can simply create a new product.

4. You can go to the **Variants** tab

5. Click on the variant selection tab for which you want to add SKU designations to align stock.

6. Then, you can **enter the same SKU designation as your product in the TikTok Shop on the "SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)" designation on the Shoppego platform** and click **Save**

## Setting up TikTok Shop on Shoppego

1. Log in to your Shoppego account

2. Click on **Sales channels**

3. Click on "**Install**" on **TikTok Shop**

4. Then, you will be asked to log in to your TikTok Shop account. Once you are logged in, you can click on "**Confirm Install**"

5. You will be asked to tick the specified policy and you can click **Authorize**.

Now, your Shoppego store is connected to your TikTok Shop account.
